Terms & Conditions

1. Gift card is valid for online bookings made on www.cleartrip.com for flights and hotels

2. To redeem this gift card on www.cleartrip.com, enter the gift card number and pin before making payment

3. Up to 3 gift cards can be used in a single transaction

4. Valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase

5. Gift cards are not valid on bus or train bookings

6. This gift cards cannot be clubbed with any other offer currently live on Cleartrip.com including cashbacks, discounts etc. on a particular credit/debit card

7. This gift card is not valid for partial redemption

8. For cancellations of trips purchased using gift cards, a new gift card with the refund amount· will be generated and sent to the email id which was used for booking the gift card

9. Cleartrip is not responsible if the gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission

10. The gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded, revalidated or exchanged for cash

11. Cleartrip reserves the right to deny accepting any gift card if it suspects that there is duplicity of gift cards

12. In no event the liability of Cleartrip for any claims arising under this offer shall exceed the value of the gift card

13. Any misuse of this gift card will result in cancellation of the booking

14. Cleartrip is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules

15. Products and services are subject to availability

16. Disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction
